Easyfairs successfully renews its “Best Managed Company” status

We are delighted to announce that, for the second year running, Deloitte has conferred “Best Managed Company” status on Easyfairs. The programme recognises privately owned and controlled companies setting the highest standards of business performance.

Adhering to high standards is a challenge. So it is a real honour to get this recognition for a second year alongside other top companies in Belgium, said Easyfairs Founder and Group CEO, Eric Everard.

However impressive your first submission, Deloitte requires companies to reapply for Best Managed Company status each year, detailing the progress they have made over the intervening twelve months.
At the start of 2020 Easyfairs published its biennial Activity Report, entitled A Journey into the Future of Events. Everard commented: “Of course, nobody could predict the devastating impact of Covid-19 on our industry. But many of the initiatives discussed in our Report, such as the contactless technology of our Smart Badges, will make events much safer in the future, as we come out of the pandemic.”

Deloitte also recognised Easyfairs’ progress in talent development, which continues through remote activities such as webinars and distance training.

Receiving this accolade is a tremendous boost for our excellent community of employees, partners and customers in these difficult times. Congratulations and warm greetings to the companies that secured Best Managed Company status for the first time this year, as well as those who, like us, retained the accolade, he concluded.
